I have 2 NOW TV Sticks registered against my accout which util recently have worked ok - but now when I try to use them they fail to connect to the Now TV server reporting.....
Oops something went wrong
We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties, please try again later.
...... and then apear to lock up, failing to respond to any remote control comands.
How do I get the service working again - I can't find any relevant help on the Now TV website or find a phone number to contact the support team.

If only one of the two sticks has the problem, then maybe try some of the trouble shooting steps in this link below.

Should both Sticks be encountering the same message, then i would be tempted to switch off the power to your Router for about 30 minutes.

Forgot to mention, i am assuming you are not running a VPN on your Router ?

Have followed your link and contacted the help team who have forwarded the problem to the technical team to resolve
