I have recently been given a free Entertainment week, but then automatically signed up for Boost at £5, without any consent from Now (SKY). To say I want a refund and an apology is an understatement
I did not consent to this service being activated, but now appears as if Now (Sky) are trying this strategy under the radar. This is quite frankly ridiculous and if I do not get a suitable response from them, after failing with the online chat with Asha and Prasad, I will be taking this much further, as this is quite an underhand tactic to con people out of money.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
