everytime I try to watch something on now tv through my Xbox it comes up with the message “sorry, there was an error in the player”.
Move tried closing the app and going back on, deleting the app and reinstalling and starting up the Xbox again but it doesn’t seem to work.
What is your broadband speeds? Are you connected via cable or WiFi?
There might be an issue with the app on Xbox One so Live chat might be a good shout.
