Now TV not loading.

  • Now TV stick keeps loading, seperatly the App keeps displaying that start up hasn't  gone to plan on my smart TV. I've turned off the TV & router. No success! Works on my phone, any ideas?

Unplug your NOW stick for a few minutes.

On your smart TV can you delete and reinstall the app?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
