Obviously with the issues today with being able to view absolutely nowt, I've seen some comments saying they've been told it's up to Tech if we all get an extra day on passes or whatever folk have with passes etc. We bloody well better do!! Think it's the LEAST you can do!

So basically for the people who just view it through their now tv box and paid for a weeks pass and didn't get a whole days viewing cos you lot obviously updated or tested and made a complete and utter balls up of it, we only get 6 days viewing instead of the 7 on a weeks pass and the best you's can come away with is sorry and can view it on other devices???! Aye, nae bother, that's brilliant customer service from Sky yet again! For the money everyone pays for your service and best you can do is sorry?! Pathetic!!!
