Now TV Boost not working on 3 devices

I’ve just got the Boost pass because 3 separate people want to watch Sky Sports. 2 of them are watching and about an hour ago I purchased the boost pass and I still get told that too many people are watching. But I know for a fact that only 2 people are and chrome cast is not being used. Does anyone have any suggestions? Does it take a while for Boost to work?

@Anonymous User yes it can take up to 4 hours to activate on some accounts/devices. You can try and force your account to update by signing out of your account on all devices and then logging back in.

 

A minor warning. NowTv are experiencing a lot of technical difficulties tonight so log out of your account at your own peril. If you've got a working stream for the Man City game, you may be better off waiting until the match has finished!
