I’ve paid for a day membership and it’s saying I don’t have an active membership although I already have an account and have signed in this is on my fire stick I’m upset as I’ve missed most of the rugby now

Have you tried starting the Day Membership on a smartphone, tablet or PC then jump to your main playback device.

I know you missed most of the New Zealand v South Africa game live this morning, but there is a repeat at 11pm tonight if it hasn't been added to Sports on Demand by then.

The Australia v Argentina match is up next after the above game is finished.
