Not received now stick

I orderd my now stick on 21st of Sept 19and still not received it

When you go to My Account > Orders & Appointments whilst logged in on here is there anything mentioned about your NowTV stick scheduled delivery ?

It's says I've ordered it and I have a email receipt, but no
dispatch confirmation email or anything and it's 7days now

Is there a customer service on here that can tell me what I should do. Because shows I've paid for stick and order number  but nothing about delivery.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
