Not TV on Firestick - Buffering 100% of time

Hi and happy Christmas!

 

I downloaded Now TV on to my Firestick last night. Internet connection all checked and it’s fine and fast. However, we can’t watch anything without the buffering symbol spinning around the middle of the screen. It does not stop, even when scrolling through menus, it is there 100% of the time.

 

Any ideas on fixes for this?

Have you got the Ethernet adapter for the fire stick? As I have that plugged in to my Fire stick and it works like a charm.  

Have used it a handful of times but no issues. 

All I can suggest is to try delete the app and reinstall it. 
You could always turn off your router for a minute or so and turn it back on. 

Worst case scenario is to set the stick back to factory settings as it often squashes any bugs in the system.

 

Then there is live chat to report the issue if your still having no luck.

Just make sure you click “chat online” within the green box.

 

Or you can send an email using the address in the picture below

Thanks for that! Will give it a go. All working fine on our other TV, so fingers crossed.
