No sound from roku stick

I don't understand 1 minute the volume is find the next it's glitches, I've reset everything but still nothing

You tried to delete the app and reinstall it?

 

Tried to set the stick back to factory settings?

 

 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
