No confirmation about my Order Now TV broadband

I Ordered Now TV broadband and calls but no confirmation. And I already made payment

Have you gone to My Account > Message Centre whilst logged in on here to see if there is any correspondence relating to your Broadband order ?

 

Also is there anything showing under My Account > Orders & Appointments to say that your order is being processed ?
