I've just signed up for a new contract with BT after moving home. I used to have NOWTv but cancelled it and now when I'm trying to log into NOWTv its not showing any active passes. How do I go about sorting it so that I can start to access the package that I've brought. Many thanks to those who read this, bless you to whoever helps me.

When signing up to BT did you create a new account for Now TV or use the existing account details?
As a suggestion I would suggest giving BT a call to explain you already have an account with Now TV.
