I know NowTV seem to be having difficulty on their website at the moment with regards to buying passes which they are looking into.
Where i don't think entering your activation code from your television screen is effected.
I am assuming from the link you posted you are based in the UK and not the Republic of Ireland ?
What i would try first is to switch the power off on the stick where hopefully the six digit code on your television screen will refresh with a new code, then maybe try again with the new refreshed code.
If that doesn't work, try a different internet browser or maybe try your browser in a Private Window or Incognito mode.
