Hello everyone,
My NowTv broadband should activate today but I believe the phone line has been cut. The power and wireless lights are green but the Internet light is off.
We have until midnight for the broadband to be activated but with the phone line, likely to have been cut, the internet won't come on.
Has anyone experienced NowTv organising for an engineer to come out to put a new phone line in and how quickly this was done?

Any ring tone on your landline (assuming you have a landline telephone ?).
With all three NowTV Broadband switch overs that i have done for myself and family members there was a period of a few hours with no internet during the switch over, where the middle internet light on the front of the NowTV Router was off or red / amber colour.
After a couple of hours downtime the green middle light came on and that was the point the activation went live.
Two of the switch overs took around 7 to 8pm in the evening in my case, where the earliest was around 2pm.
