New Contract With 12 Mths Sky Sports 25 Pounds

Hi I have decided to switch from what was post office but is now shell energy broadband to Now broadband fibre.

One offer was sky sports 25.00 pounds for a year of sky sports. 

I have had my email with dates for router delivery and a date for switching

When I have looked at my now membership page it says 

Next payment 25.00p sky sports on the 22nd of May 22

But the offer was for 12 months 

Who do I contact and also I have a sky q router and sky router also. 

. Anyone give myself tips fir routers set up speeds etc..

Just to follow up from @SweetBlitz there has never been £25 for a whole year of sports. It is actually £25 a month for 12 months.
