When you log into your NowTV online account whilst on here and go to My Account > Manage Account > Bills & Payments what are the charges for ?
If you are a NowTV Broadband customer, have you just come out of the 12 month contract and haven't renegotiated a new deal (if you don't do anything the price automatically goes up).
Usually coming out of a 12 month Broadband contract you normally get an email with different price options before hand.
Anyway your best bet is to contact live chat to see why your bills are so high.
