I have just done this myself , it was very easy! Login into your account the click on broadband and calls, scroll to bottom page and it has a large icon asking with a slogon "Moving home" click on that and do the form , they will arrange a visit if needed though somtimes they just go to your local main exchange , one them green metal boxes you see dotted around on the pavement,
Be sure to take all you equipment with you Hub,wires,micro filiters if your on them still ,also check the phone box plugs on your new homes walls to see if there the new ones that dont need a micro filter or the old ones as my new home had the old style and I had to hunt out some the littel white microfilters otherwise your phone will not work correctly , will tryy add oic or link at bottom this page.
Also check the speed in your new area as I had to upgrade my package as all I could get was 1.0mbps and could watch netflix ect ect ,though think as my new home is a brandnew home and even the postcode isnt listed yet causing mega issues , but safe to say the swaped over from my old address to this address in 9 days ,so be prepaired to use alot data on your mobile for afew days,
if you the cash buy a months BT broadband while your waiting , normaly when you do that search for wifi on you device and get that list of avaiable wifi nearly all will have a small pad lock but if your near a bt tower or hub your see one that says bt wifi , click that and you can chose to buy a day,week or month pass, even more if you have a friend or family member who use bt as there wifi as them for you can use there wifi for a bit it will not effect them in anyway at all ,wont cost them nothing or slow there wifi , its basicly for people who have bt broadband if the go on hoiladay or even just shopping out town the can put in there customer number and bang free wifi at 4g speed, same like me and my family use one netflix subscription and prime tv ,cost 9,99 for 5 devices but they dont all have to be in the same house , same with sky get sky go apps and you can watch 2 screens not including your home ones ,thus my phone casts skygo to my tv and me and my sister and parents can all watch sky at 3 address ,and it is all leageal but sky,netflix,prime don;t want you to know it!! use a VPN and set it to america u can watch american netflix that has a lot more programs , just some free imformation for you, soryy got carried away....
