Hi, when I try to watch anything it says I haven't got the passes, even though on the 16th of Dec I was charged 19.97 for entertainment, kids and movies. If I click to buy them again it wants to charge me again this month. Can someone help

What device are you trying to watch the content on?
On my phone and also tried it through the PlayStation, but even on the website it says I don't have any passes

@ukbobboy thanks I'll see what happens. The thing is I've not had this issue before and I was watching something on it the other day fine, it just stopped working yesterday
