I cancelled my monthly pay for now TV roughly on the 17th of October and when I did so it said as they have already taken out That months payment it will cancel/stop playing on the 17th of November. I find out today )13th, from my bank, that you have taken another payment!
Why is this? And I'd like that money back soon as possible please.
