Hi @Anonymous User
I am assuming you are using the supplied USB power cable and wall adapter plug that came with the NowTV stick ?
Could be a bad power cable connection, dodgy power adapter, cable or stick.
Does your television support a USB 5V DC 1A port ?
If so try the USB port on your television instead of the power adapter and if you have an identical USB cable lying around the house try a different cable as well with the stick.
Should your television don't have a suitable USB port, then have you got a USB 5vdc 1 A / 1.5 A phone charger or another USB 5vdc 1A mains plug to try on your stick ?
Other than that maybe get a replacement NowTV stick if under warranty from the Retailer you bought the stick from (unless other forum members got any more ideas to suggest trying).

Hi @Anonymous User
Also i am assuming that the wall adapter plug is left switched on when using the NowTV stick and you are not thinking the supplied plug works like a mobile phone charger where the stick needs constant power when in use.
