Lost catchup and on demand

I can not get on to catch or on demand thro my nowtv broadband

Which devices are you having trouble connecting? Is your broadband generally working OK?

In addition to @redchiz1’s question, what catchup or on demand service(s) are you trying to watch?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
