Live chat on android

Is anyone else having trouble using the live chat on the nowtv web page using android? It works on iPhone but absolutely pants on android! Emailed them weeks ago and no response an absolute joke!

@Anonymous User I did a test yesterday on an Android device and connected first time. I also emailed customer services and received a reply within 10 minutes.

Nope still not working for me, it won't even open the link when you press on the green live chat- probably know I'm going to complain and blocked me from using it ha.

@Anonymous User you may have a setting on your phone that allows embedded links to open. Check it isn't switched off. I don't own a Samsung but for One Plus it's under settings>apps>default apps>opening links.

No I've got nothing like that in my settings, even so, other links work fine just this one? It doesn't help that they aren't replying to emails to this problem, very  frustrating
