Linux

So what is the state of play with respect to Linux users?

Are we considered worthy yet?

Or are we still ignored?

Are we ever likely to be considered?

Re: Linux

Linux users are considered to tech savy to be stuck using just linux OS...

Solutions are....

DUAL boot OSes,  Windows 10 can be used for ZERO money down...

VM usage of Windows 10 can be run...

Limited Android custom rom hacks in Virtual machines to run the android apps

The biggest issue remains lack of DRM support...

DRM complance of AMD and INTELL GPU drivers, even third part is massively behind MacOS and Windows...

So Linux users will continue to be ignored as even HTML5 solutions on linux won't support the DRM needed...

So to view NowTV and many IPTV services, your Grub2 boot menu will have many more OS listed...

I had 4 OS boot options but I nuked Windows 7 and Android...

Now have only 3, Kubuntu 16.04, Mint 17.3 , Free Windows 10,

For watching IPTV I have other devices not just PC...

Re: Linux

install wine and the required browser along with plugins and/or pipelight?

I haven't tried on linux for a while, but I had it running previously in linux.

Re: Linux

I know you asked this question sometime ago, but I only just saw the question. You can download the enterprise evolution  edition of windows 10 iso and use it for ever. Install it on a virtual machine (virtual box) and then install Now tv on that. No need for partitions or duel boots or emails.
