Laptops can't connect to Now TV broadband

Smart TV, work PC and phone are connected via WiFi and have been ok. Both laptops this evening won't connect regardless of troubleshooting and now the mobile is intermittent. Can't test the line as the service is not available. No idea what to do now. Have reset the router and no joy.

Not a broadband customer, so all I can advise is to give the broadband team a call.
