Have you got a landline phone connected, then if so phone your mobile to see the incoming call number.
If you haven't got a landline telephone connected then maybe go to My Account > My Broadband & Calls and under Messages see if there is any NOW correspondence with your landline number showing from NOW (for me it was on the NOW welcome email when ordering NOW Broadband and Calls)
