Landline not working

Landline not working. Have attempted to deal with both NOW and BT regarding matter to no avail.  Struggling to speak to someone who can help with NOW. I have a broadband and calls contract. Broadband is OK.

BT say its a NOW  issue!

Help urgently.  No phone since last week. Thank you

Who is your broadband with? BT or NOW?

If your broadband and calls service is with NOW you can do little more than deal with them directly by calling 0800 759 1213.

Hello, there is no option to speak to anyone about the landline.  Broadband is fine; its the telephone line for calls that is not working.  Thanks

HI both are with NOW - Broadband and Telephone calls; broadband work but the phone line doesn't. Thanks @gavs82008

Just choose option 3, broadband, they will deal with any telephone issues also.

I did; then i pressed 2; but because i am not home; it won't le tme go further.  Until when are they open?

No idea, why not check the help pages? And I rang from a mobile and it asked for my landline number. Did you not enter that? Failing which, just continue holding and you will eventually get the option I mentioned.
