Hi my activation date was yesterday broadband working fine Infact it’s pretty fast which I’m happy about but my landline is dead tried 2 phones nothing I ring the number off my mobile it rings on mobile but the house phone does not ring can’t get onto live chat

@gavs82008 thanks for that I’ve been in contact with now tv there is a fault on the line so they booked an engineer to come out can be between 3-5 days
