Kick off

I keep getting kicked off catchup..ive reset the box and its still doing it...any ideas peeps

Is the box updated with the latest software?

 

As a last resort you could set it back to factory settings. This is often the best course of action to squash any bugs on the system

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

@Anonymous User is it just catch up this happens on or does it do it with live channels as well?

 

What happens if you use a different HDMI cable or plug the device into the TV's other HDMI slot.

 

I'm just wondering if you have an HDMI cable or port issue where the TV can't authenticate the HDCP (High-Bandwidth Digital Content Protection). 

 

One other thing to try is to power down the TV by unplugging it from the mains for 1 minute, restart the TV and then start the Roku box.

It is powered by USB but it includes a long usb cable and a AC power adapter so you can just power it from the wall that's what i have done with mine and it works fine don't regret at all picking up my firestick.
