Issues with a payment

Hi,

 

Now TV has suddenly stopped working. I checked and found a spam email saying my card details had expired (it doesn't run out until sept 2021). I have added a new card but I can no longer get the £20 offer that I was paying from September. Only price is £33.99. Can anything be done. Thank you

Just make sure to click “chat online” within the green box 

 

There is also send an email to the address in the picture below

Thank you for the reply though I can't see a chat online or a green box. I have emailed them to explain the situation but fear they will say the offer has now expired.
