Issues changing WiFi password

im trying to change my WiFi password. It’s keep asking for user name and password, I’m using my now tv login, the WiFi password. I don’t know what it wants me to enter

I can't remember now (short term memory loss) when going into the NowTV Hub webpage settings if it only allows you to change the SSID name on your Hub Router or both the SSID name and password.

The default settings for this will be admin for the username then nowtv for the password.
