Increase in price

Hi 

 

 

Our Now TV price is increasing from July which we had no warning for. I have spoken to one person who said he would put me through to get a discount code applied however I have been on hold for over an hour without any success. Could someone please advise me what to do please?

I am guessing this is for NowTV Broadband & Telephone service, where the first year is an introductory offer for new customers.

 

I had something similar, where i had to renegotiate a new 12 month Broadband deal on behalf of my Sister.

 

It seems the NowTV Broadband Telephone Helpline has been inundated over the weekend looking at the service banner on their help section.

 

If you get no joy via the telephone helpline, then see if you get better luck via their live chat service or drop them a message on this link page below.
