Hi, I bought the now tv sky sports pass to watch IPL cricket. But sky is now showing England vs west indies womens cricket instead? Why can't I watch the IPL live while womens cricket is on?

Todays(sep 19, 2021) IPL cricket is not showing anywhere in the cricket schedule in nowTV.

Can I watch it?

I bought the NOWTV.com membership to watch IPL Cricket only.

it's on the NOW Bonus Streams service at 2.50pm today.

What do you mean by bonus streams, I have a monthly pass, how do I locate that is there a path you can suggest?

I have checked after 2.50 today, still cannot see any events for IPL?

What playback device are you using ?

Where the Bonus Streams are not on all NOW supported devices.

Open the link that i posted where there is a FAQ about Bonus Streams and what devices offers Bonus Streams.

@Anonymous User @Anonymous User see the image below when logged into the community. You need one of the listed devices and a monthly sports membership to access bonus streams.

If you are using one of those devices and have a monthly subscription, scroll to the bottom of the homepage and you'll find the Bonus Streams section with today's match there.

The Bonus Stream for today's IPL cricket is working for me on my Roku Player.

Out of curiosity what playback device or devices have you tried ?

Also to watch the Bonus Streams you need a full blown NOW Monthly Sports Membership (a Day Membership or Mobile Membership doesn't give you the option to watch Bonus Streams).

i have a full membership and I am trying on LG tv app.

I keep getting error bonus not started

I don't own an LG Smart TV, but have you tried unplugging the power to the television for about a minute to see if that clears the Bonus Stream glitch.

What about a fresh NOW App download from the LG TV Smart Apps Store ?

Would be also tempted to try a reboot on your Router to see if that makes any difference (even if the Router is working on the NOW service or on other Apps).

@Anonymous User working fine on my LG TV. Make sure the app is up to date and as @schnapps suggested, turn your TV off at the mains for a minute or 2 and then try again.

I am facing the same issue. Did you find a solution to this problem ? I too have the monthly membership but I am unable to view the match.
