I wasn't aware that NOW TV did not work on YouView

I was not aware that NOW TV does not work on YouView I have two devices set up on LG TVs i wont to keep but the other two are on YouView boxes can you please reset them just leaving the LG TV ones on it's saying I am not able to reset until the 1st of March

Some of the older Youview boxes do now not support the NowTV App, where the newer YouView boxes only currently have on demand movies available on them when using a NowTV Cinema pass,
