I have been trying to cancel my trial order for two days now! Tried online chat and he said it was cancelled but did not receive confirmation email. Now got email saying my box is on it's way! Tried to call (took me ages to find number) and it's a 15 minute wait! I am within my rights to cancel my order within 14 days but it's not clear how I go about it. Very cheesed off to say the least. Wont recommend nowtv to anyone 😞
