@Calvin I don't use the broadband service but I believe from previous similar posts, you need to supply your own device to view the membership. A list of compatible devices in the link below (click the down arrows to expand each section).
NOW Broadband don't supply a TV streaming box or stick when you order NOW Broadband, where the only hardware you will receive by post is the NOW Hub 2 Router for using the internet.
Should you wish to watch NOW then you need to supply your own separate device.
