I cancelled my membership and have still had payments taken

Hi I cancelled my membership ages ago and you still have been taken money out of my account and I would like the koney that you have been taking back please

I have been on live chat all day and even sent screenshot off bank statments showing months off them taking money and now they still ain't taking responsibility disgusting over a year off 11.99 and 2.99 and been told so many different reason why even that it's broadband which i have never had I have been with sky 10 years and still not been able to speak to some one in person I want my money back
