I can’t get my Now tv to work on my iPad

I was watching Now tv in the living room and someone wanted to watch Now tv on the iPad so I upgraded to Boost but the iPad keeps saying that someone else is using it and won’t work I only have 3 devices in the house so I should even be allowed to stream on all but if I can’t stream on the iPad I want to cancel

Try log out and back in on your iPad.

If you've added Boost via our website, your account could take up to 4 hours to reflect the fact that you've added it. To get around this, you can trigger your account to update by signing out of the NOW app and signing back in again.
