Hi, I’ve followed the steps online to force a log out in all devices but it never takes me to the device permissions page? It just asks me to log in. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated

Have a read of this linked thread below and jump over to live chat and ask them to force a logout of all devices and change your password if you want a previous user sharing your account off your list.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I’ve tried live chat too and I can never get chatting to a person… it’s always the automated options

Make sure you click on the green rectangular chat online button from this link page below and not the get help quicker button.
If for some reason live web chat doesn't open try a different internet browser.

I’ve tried this all day.
no option to add security question.
they deleted the devices but I was able to log in without it asking for my changed password.
so ex partner will be able to do the same

I have had numerous conversations on live chat who deleted the devices
but if I log in on roku which I have been watching it through it just lets me in no password needed.
my ex is using Amazon fire stick so I’m assuming she to will just click the app and it’ll let her access again
