How do i change my payment date for broadband

Honestly, why is it so difficult to find a contact number?

 

As a customer shouldn’t that be readily available? I shouldn’t  have to be going through their help forums until I find it right?

 

can someone advise me on how to change my direct debit date for my broadband? It won’t allow me to do and I’m going batty.
