FYI that I do not work for NOW, I am simply a NOW customer trying to help I am a Community Contributor This means that I know a lot about the service and like you I am still a customer. For any account issues you’ll need to contact staff via customer support.
It doesn’t involve any hammers, and perhaps better explains the difference between the number of devices you can have on your device list, which is now effectively unlimited albeit only six can be shown, and the number of devices you can use at once, which is now down to one, unless you have Boost or are subscribed via BT TV.
People are asking how to take items off the device list, which you can’t and don’t need to, when they really need to be asking how you manage with the new limitation on devices you can use simultaneously, which is by being sure to exit Now programming on devices you aren’t watching any more, and not leaving shows running on them. Something too easy to do on the ‘always on’ Now and Roku sticks.
