How do I remove devices

It is saying I have reached my limit. But there is 2 I no longer use. But can’t find option to remove devices. Now I can’t seem to watch on my t.v

It doesn’t involve any hammers, and perhaps better explains the difference between the number of devices you can have on your device list, which is now effectively unlimited albeit only six can be shown, and the number of devices you can use at once, which is now down to one, unless you have Boost or are subscribed via BT TV.

 

People are asking how to take items off the device list, which you can’t and don’t need to, when they really need to be asking how you manage with the new limitation on devices you can use simultaneously, which is by being sure to exit Now programming on devices you aren’t watching any more, and not leaving shows running on them. Something too easy to do on the ‘always on’ Now and Roku sticks.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
