How do I create profiles? I’ve looked through every menu item and can’t find it

Newly joined NOW tv. And frustrated I can’t find where I can create user profiles. Please could anyone help? Thanks

You’re wasting your time. No such feature on NOW for profiles.

 

My biggest pet hate about the service is the lack of profiles. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
