How do I connect to live chat

I would like to speak to someone on live chat but can’t get on it!

You mean it doesn’t respond, or that you can’t find it?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

I ask to start a live chat then it gives you more options to resolve the issue. If your issue isn’t listed it doesn’t give the option to still talk on live chat.

have the same problem and find it very very annoying the way you are sent round in circleswith no live chat available.I do not think i will renew!

Pick the nearest option then; the agents are not really so compartmentalised.

 

if you could briefly state why you want to talk to them, we could even give you the nearest option to that 🙂
