House Move

Hi,

 I’m hopefully moving house soon and intend to take my broadband and calls package with me. However, I don’t want to transfer the telephone number.

My old house isn’t being sold and, whilst I’m responsible for the telecoms at the moment, the occupants will want to keep the landline number so as not to disrupt things too much.

 Is this permissible? Thank you.

The Community Forum is predominantly used by customers who i doubt would know the answer to your question unless they have gone through the same procedure themselves.

Your best bet is to contact the Broadband Team directly to see if they can accommodate your request.
