Hi i had my severe turned off as overdue bill and i told u that my payment would be 7 of june

I am not very happy because my turned off and I did say that my payment would be made on the 7th June

Perhaps they will turn it on again if/when you make the payment Smiley Tongue ?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
