Can’t sign in even though have active account, keeps saying doesn’t recognise details or change region. Anyone help??

If you have mobile data on your phone, can you temporary test if you can sign into and use your NOW account.
Also see if your Router IP address is not a rouge address outside the UK if a UK based customer.
Use this link below to check your location from your IP address.
if the link says unknown location or gives you the wrong region outside the UK either factory reset the Router or switch the power off on the Router for about 30 minutes.
