@Anonymous User If you haven’t already done so, do a factory reset on the box to remove all traces of the original owner. The box should then guide you through the initial set-up procedure to enable you to enter your own account information.
You may have already done both of those steps.
The final step is to watch something on one of your passes this will add the box to your registered devices.
