Help

Help plz i have an engineer booked for tomorrow for broadband i keep getting texts to reply yes to confirm the appointment but for some reason it wont allow me to send the message. Will the engineer still come. Cant find a number to contact to find out

When I was a Now TV broadband customer this is number I used to call them 0330 041 2460. Hopefully it still is the same and you can be put through to the right person. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
