Help please

Hi all 

just getting superfibre broadband I’ve got the hub 2 come through. I have a phone line already (just coming off virgin) 

can I ask why I still need an engineer visit as it explain on the box how to install

Your best bet is to put your technical broadband questions to Now TV directly, as this is a customer based forum, you are more likely to get the answer you are after than a speculative one you are likely to get here.
