I have received a new box and was meant to go live a couple of days ago but haven't and have had no email or any contact from now

If your NowTV Hub 2 Router is installed and powered up and there is not three solid green lights showing on the front of the Router then give the NowTV Broadband Team a call in the morning.

Whilst waiting to get back in touch with NowTV, go to My Account > Manage Account > My Broadband & Calls and under Orders & Appointments and Messages whilst logged in on here see if there is any update information from NowTV about your live activation date progress.
